A roof estimate is $150 on every plan, aerial sketch included. Membership is optional — it changes what revisions and add-on reports cost, never the price of the estimate.

How billing works
You are never billed the full amount before you have something to look at. The second charge only lands once the finished estimate is in your inbox.
$100 when you submit the order
Charged as the roof order goes in. This is what puts the job in the queue and gets the aerial sketch ordered.
The remainder on delivery
Charged once the completed estimate reaches your email, along with any add-on reports you asked for on that job.
Our mistakes are not your line item
If we got something wrong, the correction is free on every plan. Revisions you request after the fact are billed according to your membership.
Address-specific code requirements through OneClickCode, covering enforcement, permits and compliance for the jurisdiction the roof is actually in. Code items are among the most frequently disputed line items on a roof claim, and a citation argues better than an opinion.
Wind and hail verification through Canopy Weather, with up to three years of historical data for the address. Useful when the date of loss is the thing in question.
What contractors ask before they send the first roof.
