Charged in two steps, not one

You are never billed the full amount before you have something to look at. The second charge only lands once the finished estimate is in your inbox.

Our mistakes are not your line item

If we got something wrong, the correction is free on every plan. Revisions you request after the fact are billed according to your membership.

Building code report — from $20

Address-specific code requirements through OneClickCode, covering enforcement, permits and compliance for the jurisdiction the roof is actually in. Code items are among the most frequently disputed line items on a roof claim, and a citation argues better than an opinion.

Weather report — from $15

Wind and hail verification through Canopy Weather, with up to three years of historical data for the address. Useful when the date of loss is the thing in question.

What contractors ask before they send the first roof.

Is there a contract or a minimum number of jobs?

No. The Bronze plan costs nothing to hold and has no subscription, no card on file and no minimum volume. You pay $150 when you send us a roof, and nothing when you do not.

Does the roof estimate cost more on a cheaper plan?

No. A roof estimate is $150 on Bronze, Silver and Gold alike, aerial sketch included. Membership changes what the add-on reports and revisions cost, not the price of the estimate itself.

When am I charged?

Billing happens in two steps. $100 is charged when you submit the roof order, and the remainder is charged once the finished estimate reaches your email.

Is yearly billing cheaper than monthly?

Yes. Paying for twelve months upfront costs less than twelve monthly payments on every paid plan — see the billing cycle table on this page for the exact saving per plan.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Open your profile and, under Membership, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Start on Bronze, send one roof, and move up only if the volume justifies it.

How do I cancel a membership?

Request cancellation from your account on the website. Cancelling a paid plan returns you to Bronze, which is free — your projects and past estimates stay in your workspace.
