Photos and media (Camera / Photo Library): If you choose to upload or capture photos (e.g., roof photos for a project), we collect the images you select or take and associated metadata needed to upload and organize them. Camera access is only used to let you take photos within the app.
Approximate/precise location (Location): If you grant permission, we may collect your device location to help you auto-fill job location/address and improve accuracy of project information. You can continue to use many features without granting location, but some conveniences may be limited.
Payment and billing information: Payment method details are processed by our payment processors; we may receive limited information such as subscription status, billing dates, and transaction identifiers.
Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, app version, pages/screens viewed, and diagnostic information for security, analytics, and to improve reliability.

- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services (including preparing roof estimates, evaluations, and project documentation).
- Enable you to capture and upload project photos (camera/photo library) and attach them to a project.
- Use location (if you allow it) to auto-fill job address/location information and reduce manual entry.

- Process payments and manage subscriptions (through our payment processors).

Camera: Used to let you take photos within the app for your projects. If you don’t grant camera permission, you can still upload existing photos (where supported), but you won’t be able to take new photos inside the app.
Photos/Media Library: Used to let you select and upload existing images for your projects.
Location: Used (if you allow it) to help auto-fill job address/location details. You can disable location permission in your device settings at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request that we correct or delete your information.
- Opt-out of receiving marketing communications.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Project photos and files are retained while your account/project remains active or until you delete them (where available) or request deletion, subject to legal requirements.
